A new diet craze has taken Hollywood by storm - all thanks to funnyman Jimmy Kimmel.
Following the late-night host's "Hottie Body Humpilates" spoof, Kimmel debuted the second half of his "revolutionary fitness regimen" last night (March 14).
Jimmy was joined by a bevy of A-list beauties such as Jessica Biel, Scarlett Johansson and Jessica Alba, who claim to follow the mock diet plan and boast about weight loss with "before" photos that feature the actress' faces photoshopped onto overweight bodies.
The Jimmy K plan advertises a fool-proof plan for weight loss, saying, "Fattening foods are subjected to powerful slimming forces which strip away 80% of the carbohydrates, proteins and fats and divert them directly into Jimmy's stomach, where they are digested,"

Jessica Alba didn't just pay someone to come in and decorate her baby shower, she had a DIY party instead to celebrate her second pregnancy. The actress revealed details about the fun fete on her Facebook page this week.
She revealed that guests made their own decorations during the party, like butterfly paper lanterns, paper water lilies and paper flower baskets, complete with paper flowers and dragonflies.
Jessica – who already has a two-year-old daughter Honor with Cash – revealed the private party by posting a selection of photographs of it on her Facebook page.
The 29-year-old actress revealed she and her friends decided to go down the “DIY route” because it was "more personal and fun" and they also "used a bunch of recycled materials" for the arts and crafts session.
Jessica announced she was pregnant again in a Facebook post in February. The 'Fantastic Four' star said: "It's been a while since I've been on FB & I thought I'd drop by to let you all in on some exciting news. Honor is going to be a Big Sister! Cash and I are thrilled and wanted to share the news directly with you so you didn't hear about it somewhere else. I appreciated all of the love and support you all gave me during my first pregnancy and will definitely appreciate it again this time around. Have a great day!"

Alba, 29, took to her Twitter page to describe what she had eaten.
“Beautiful day in NYC had bfast clintonstreetbakingco. Amazing pancakes n biscuits. What r sum of ur fav NYC bfast spots?” Us magazine quoted her as writing.
The next day the ‘Fantastic Four’ star was praising another breakfast joint on Manhattan’s hip Lower East Side.
“Have u tried Frankie’s in LES 4 bfast? May have the best French Toast, Bacon n Bfast Sandwhich in the city,” she described in her tweet.
Six hours later, Alba, who announced in February that she and hubby Cash Warren were expecting their second child, hinted that she wasn’t the only one eating for two.
“Finishing a lunch - now I want to sleep. @cash warren is ordering 4 desserts. What the hek do we do w him?” she wrote.
