Gwyneth Paltrow has reportedly landed a 600,000-pound recording contract with Atlantic.
The actress caught the attention of the Warner Music-owned label after her starring role in new movie Country Strong and live performances at the Grammys and the Oscars, reports the Sun.
Gwyneth has already had chart success abroad. Two songs she performed from her 2000 film Duets went platinum in Australia.
But this would be the first time she has made an album.
